Our Macaron are all handmade the traditional way sandwiched together with Butter cream, Jam or Ganache.
We make a variety of flavours such as Salted Caramel, Gin and Tonic, Pistachio, Raspberry, Prosecco, Coffee and many more. We produce Macaron in a range of colours, which usually match the flavours, however these can be altered to suit your needs. We also make themed Macaron, decorated for Halloween, Valentines Day and Christmas. We regularly expand the options so if there is a special flavour that you'd like to order, get in touch and we'll see what we can do. We like a challenge!
We can cater for weddings and corporate events and can match the colours to the wedding theme, bridesmaid dresses or to corporate colours. We also do wedding favours and gift boxes and have product display stands available to hire.
We make a variety of delicious melt in the mouth fudgy brownies, including our best sellers, Oreo and salted pretzel. We also make white chocolate chunk, raspberry, salted caramel, peanut butter and chocolate orange. The list goes on!
We make an array of mouth-watering cakes. These include coffee, chocolate, banana, ginger, lemon drizzle and the colourful Rainbow Cake. Cakes are all made in 8 inch tins and can be sliced into 10 -12 pieces.
The Chouxmac is the first hybrid in our kitchen; part macaron and part éclair. The bottom layer is an éclair made with choux pastry, then cream or crème patisserie, filled with jam, ganache or butter cream and topped with a macaron shell. The flavours are endless.
A Friand is a bite-sized oval French sponge cake. Made with almonds, it is traditionally flavoured with fruit, nuts or chocolate. The word Friand means dainty or describes a gourmet who delights in delicate tastes.
Our petite sponge shell shaped Madeleines are perfect to nibble on whilst sipping a hot brew. Soft sponge, fluffy inside and light. These can also be flavoured with lemon or raspberry. Delicious!

Melting Moments are wonderful little, light-as-a-feather and meltingly crisp biscuits, sandwiched together with buttercream. These can be almost any flavour, such as Raspberry, Lemon, Salted Caramel or Gin and Tonic. These will literally melt in your mouth.

We currently sell a wide range of Vegan cakes (some that can be made Gluten Free) all made in 8 inch tins that cut into 10-12 slices. From triple chocolate to Lemon, Vanilla, Coffee and Ginger and Chai. These cakes look and taste fantastic and are completely dairy free.
